El Montelin Apartaments

 Part of the Hotelera Pollensina Group of hotels, the 2 key Montelin Apartments are situated around 100 metres from the beach in the quiet residential Pinaret district of the popular resort of Puerto Pollensa on the north west coast of Majorca. The apartments are approximately 60km north west of the capital Palma and the Son Sant Joan International airport, and around 800 metres from the centre of the resort where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
Built in 1971, the modern low rise Montelin complex is a small development of 20 self catering apartments and studio flats which are built over 2 floors around a central pool area.

 All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with an open plan kitchenette with with fridge and microwave, as well as a combined lounge/dining room with satellite television, sofa beds, safety deposit box available for rental and either a balcony or terrace, most of which have exterior views over the pool and garden area. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.
Guests staying at the Montelin Apartments are welcome to use the facilities at the nearby Aparthotel Villa Concha which includes a 24 hour reception desk with currency exchange services along with an a la carte restaurant and snack bar, laundry and medical services and both lounge and pool bars.
Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests at both the Montelin Apartments and Aparthotel Villa Concha includes a choice of two outdoor freshwater swimming pools, with separate children's section and spacious sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols. Other leisure facilities include a children's play area and both pool and table tennis tables.
